Our team of Bison here at Bakersfield are delightful, easy going and well trained for both cutting and campdrafting.
Bison make a fantastic training tool to advance both horse and rider, their steady gait and ability to "rate" the horse make Bison highly sort after for all aspects of cowhorse training. Trained Bison are commonly used to replace cattle for training and competition due to their unique stamina and trainability.
At Bakersfield we offer a host of options with our arena, Bison and cattle to cater to your training needs.
MUSTERING & TRAIL RIDES
Bakersfield also have plenty of quiet cattle. We like to bring cattle in after using the Bison so people can experience the difference. We also offer paddock mustering for capable clients who want to experience the whole "cattle work" and mustering process. Chat to us about options to suit you.
